This change will enable us to offer enhanced care, focusing on a more tailored and individualized healthcare experience. During the upcoming transition period, we will continue to provide our current services for the next 60 days from the date of this announcement. Beyond this period, you will need to secure a new primary care provider if you choose not to continue under our new practice model. Rest assured, you will still have full access to your medical records, and we will assist you in facilitating their transfer to your new healthcare provider, if necessary. Desert TeleHEART provides cardiology-based telemedicine, connected to patients and practices in Nevada and the greater Las Vegas area.

Our goal is to give streamlined care, from diagnosis to treatment, without the wait times, back-and-forth travel, and risk of exposure to sick patients that comes with traditional office visits. We offer appointment times after hours and on weekends, so you don't have to take time off work.

Our experienced providers will work with you to create treatment and/or management plans that are customized to your condition. When necessary, we will work with your local testing center or one of our partnered doctors to coordinate evaluations, tests and treatments. Your results will be sent back to us, and we will discuss the next steps in care and management for you.
