Remote Patient Monitoring

When you sign up for your Initial Evaluation with Desert TeleHEART Cardiac Care, you will be sent a remote monitoring blood pressure cuff and weight scale, at no additional cost. When you take measurements, the devices automatically upload the data to Desert TeleHEART's cloud service, so we can see your results immediately. If your values are out of the specified safe range, we will be notified, so that we can address it and make medication changes if necessary. 

 Monitoring your health with Desert TeleHEART removes the hassle of having to make a face-to-face appointment with a cardiologist at a clinic, just because of a blood pressure change.  With Desert TeleHEART, this process is streamlined. You measure your weight and blood pressure, we monitor it, and if required, we will have a quick visit (which can even be a phone call) to give recommendations. If a medication change is needed, our cardiologist will send an electronic prescription to the pharmacy of your choice that day.
